Adecco is seeking a **temporary part-time** Accounting Associate for a client in the parts sales industry in Janesville, WI. This role involves managing the "order to cash" process, focusing on monthly reconciliations of parts orders. The position is part-time, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and requires approximately **20 hours per week** . The workload may increase slightly during the last week of each month due to reconciliation activities.

What you will Do?
+ Manage the "order to cash" process, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations
+ Collaborate with the parts sales team to oversee parts order management
+ Perform month-end reconciliations of parts orders to ensure accuracy
+ Handle approximately 3,000 parts orders annually, focusing on monthly reconciliations
Your Skills
+ Basic accounting or finance background to quickly learn the reconciliation process
+ Ability to manage time effectively, especially during month-end reconciliation periods
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order management and reconciliation
+ Proficiency in managing part-time work schedules with flexibility
+ HSD/GED required

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
