    Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift

    **Location:** Quakertown, PA

    **Pay:** $29.15/hr

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 11:00pm–7:00am

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    Overview:

    We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client’s 3rd shift team. This role focuses on preventative maintenance while identifying and resolving equipment issues as they arise. Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment

    + Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues during PMs

    + Complete maintenance documentation accurately

    + Work independently while maintaining communication with supervisors and team members

    + Use computers and work-order systems for reporting and documentation

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

    Qualifications:

    + 3–5 years of general maintenance or service technician experience (preferred)

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision

    + Solid communication skills and experience using computers/work-order systems

    + High attention to detail
