    Job Title: General Associate

    Job Description

    As a General Associate, you will be at the forefront of the manufacturing process, preparing parts for subsequent assembly. You will be responsible for tasks in one of two key areas: This role involves repetitive tasks, standing in one position for extended periods, and requires flexibility to assist in assembly or other areas as business needs dictate.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform labor duties by working with raw material panels and parts, stacking them for use in the assembly area

    + identifying where nuts and bolts need to be inserted, drilling holes, inserting nuts, and placing finished parts on pallets.

    + Assist in the assembly area or paint booth as needed, ensuring flexibility to adapt to business requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience standing for at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

    + Ability to repetitively lift 20-25lb parts, up to 50+ times per day.

    + Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.

    + Ownership of steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes.

    + Ability to work safely and maintain high-quality standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Familiarity with mechanical assembly and quality inspection processes.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility is temperature-controlled, though it may feel warm due to required protective gear. Shifts include 1st shift from 6am-4:30pm and 2nd shift from 4:30pm-3am, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Adhere to a dress code requiring steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, protective cut sleeves, cut gloves, and appropriate pants.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
