    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team, specializing in plasma spray coating for spine and large joint orthopedic implants. This role involves creating precise, high-quality parts that meet strict industry standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle coating operations, including preparing parts for coating.

    + Apply thin layers of coating and add fine beads to create texture, thickness, and coverage.

    + Place coated parts into curing ovens and ensure proper cooling for optimal bonding.

    + Trim edges and touch up thin spots to ensure uniform appearance.

    + Perform inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role.

    + Experience with assembly, packing, and working with small parts.

    + Detail-oriented, with a preference for candidates who have artistic hobbies.

    + Strong tenure, with no more than two job changes in the past year.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in roles such as Trimming, Finishing, Deburring, Polishing, and Grinding.

    + Recently employed within the past two months.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is for the 1st shift from 5 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The majority of the shift involves sitting, providing a comfortable and focused workspace.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Farmington Hills, MI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr.
