•️ Job Description – Millwright / Mechanic

+ Install, repair, and maintain mechanical components of industrial equipment.

+ Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

+ Observe safety procedures and ensure compliance with operating standards.

+ Interpret and make decisions based on technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.

+ Perform quality testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery reliability.

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime.

+ Inspect equipment for defects and recommend corrective actions.

+ Assemble and align gears, bearings, and shafts using press and running fits.

+ Implement temporary or permanent modifications to improve equipment performance.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ Mine experience preferred, but not required.

+ Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.

+ Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Motivated self-starter with ability to manage projects and make sound decisions.

+ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.

+ Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and performing demanding tasks.

**Shift:** Rotating shift- 2-2-3 Schedule- Days/Nights

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
