    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Urethane Grip Molding Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for molding urethane grips onto high-voltage cable assemblies, ensuring the highest standards in quality and safety. Your responsibilities will also include stripping cables, soldering wires, and assisting with routine maintenance and repair of equipment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Mold urethane grips onto high-voltage cable assemblies according to precise specifications

     

    Strip cables and solder wires with accuracy and attention to detail

     

    Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently

     

    Perform general labor tasks related to cable assembly and electronic component production

     

    Assist in troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues as they arise

     

    Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on production machinery

     

    Support the assembly and electronic assembly processes as needed

     

    Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards

     

    Required Skills & Qualifications

     

    Proven experience with soldering and torch work

     

    Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine operation

     

    Ability to perform general labor and work well with your hands

     

    Maintenance repair skills with a focus on troubleshooting mechanical and electronic components

     

    Experience in production, assembly, and mold processes

     

    Strong attention to safety and quality standards

     

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     

    Previous experience in electronic assembly is a plus

    This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
