    **Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient

    **Location:** 931 US Hwy 331 South, Defuniak Springs, Florida 32435

    **Schedule:** As Needed/PRN Mon - Fri

    **Compensation:** $50/hr

     

    Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in **Defuniak Springs, FL** has an immediate opening for a PRN **Physical Therapist (PT).** Live & work near the beach! Our center is 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. Join our team of 2 PT, 1 OT and a PSS treating post-surgical and general orthopedic patients in addition to vestibular/concussion patient. Our center also has a work strategies program and treats work conditioning patients, POETs, and FCEs. New graduates and experienced outpatient Physical Therapists, APPLY!     Responsibilities

    + Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

    + Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

    + Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

    Qualifications

    + Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

    + Valid State Physical Therapist License

    + CPR certification
