Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and fixing mechanical and electrical issues within the facility for plant machinery. This role is situated in the machining department, where you will work on Mitsubishi and Fanuc CNC machines. You will handle machinery that includes sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, robots, bearings, pumps, PLCs, servos, power supplies, relays, and motors. Your tasks will involve PLC troubleshooting, particularly with Omron systems, using drawings, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose machinery faults. You will also engage in electrical troubleshooting, primarily 3-phase and 208v systems, with the potential to work up to 480v. Completing preventive maintenance (PMs), welding, and fabrication as needed are also part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in plant machinery.

+ Repair, replace, and fix machinery components including sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, robots, bearings, pumps, PLCs, servos, power supplies, relays, and motors.

+ Perform PLC troubleshooting on Omron systems.

+ Use drawings, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose machinery faults.

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting on systems up to 480v.

+ Complete preventive maintenance tasks.

+ Engage in welding and fabrication as required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Findlay, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $38.00/hr.
