    Wiring Technician

    **Location:** Hanover, Maryland

    **Shift:** 2-2-3 schedule (2 days working, 2 days off, 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working, etc.)

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a **Wiring Technician** to join our assembly team! This role involves **electrical wiring and assembly of control panels, switchboards, and power distribution units** for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble and wire **control panels, switchboards, and power distribution units** according to specifications.

    + Read and interpret **electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation** .

    + Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with electrical standards and company requirements.

    + Troubleshoot wiring issues and make necessary corrections.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

    Qualifications:

    + **2+ years of experience** in electrical wiring or panel assembly.

    + Ability to read and follow **electrical schematics and wiring diagrams** accurately.

    + Knowledge of electrical components, wiring techniques, and safety standards.

    + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkridge, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
