Position Description
**Level and salary for this position will be dependent on skills, knowledge and experience.** •Division Administrator for 7-State Operating organization in the Natural Gas Pipeline Business Unit reporting directly to the Division Operations Director •Coordinate monthly accrual, forecasting and variance reporting on a rolled up division basis for approximately $30 million dollar annual O&M spend and $20 million dollar annual Capital spend •Facilitate the preparation of operating and capital budgets to ensure the necessary materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel for operations support. Regularly analyze and review to determine requirements for improving efficiency •Coordinate the activities and responsibilities of administrative support personnel to optimize operational efficiencies, utilization of resources, and team based management principles •Monitor and refine processes and procedures to more effectively utilize the skills and abilities of administrative support personnel.
•Conduct midyear and annual performance evaluations for all direct reports.
•Work closely with management and HR on employee issues or concerns. •Coordinate/participate in the design and implementation of new administrative support mediums including documentation, databases, and facility utilization •Ensure that good relations are maintained with internal/external customers •Identify, report and correct safety and environmental concerns •Job level commensurate with experience and skill set •Limited (
Position Requirements
Technical: •Associate or Bachelor degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience •Advanced Excel Spreadsheet skills, including Pivot table development •Additional Intermediate computer skills (knowledge of MS Office, operating systems, database applications, computer graphics •Math and financial skills (necessary to do budgeting and financial tracking)
Business: Ability to follow company policies and practices Core: •Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Strong listening skills •Ability to work under short-notice deadlines and prioritize work •Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization •Ability to prepare and make presentations •Customer orientation Preferred: •Knowledge of gas industry terminology

The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed. This position may perform other duties as assigned.
Pay range: $73,000-$127,000 per year. This position includes a discretionary annual incentive plan. Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
