Job Title: Revit DrafterJob Description

Create high-quality Revit drawings that impress customers, facilitate permit approvals, and expedite home building projects.

Responsibilities

+ Craft high-quality Revit drawings in collaboration with the sales team.

+ Assist in creating permit sets for county approval.

+ Engage in high-level problem solving to ensure project success.

+ Develop smarter and faster workflows to enhance efficiency.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam.

+ Ability to multi-task effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

+ Experience in identifying problems and creating problem-solving processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
