    Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Data Center Experience Preferred)

    Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead complex projects? We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in commercial construction—preferably in data centers—to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale projects, collaborate with top-tier teams, and drive excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist with pre-construction planning, including crisis management, site logistics, and safety protocols.

    + Manage and oversee subcontractors and suppliers, conducting daily huddles and coordinating job site activities.

    + Collaborate with the Project Management team to develop and adjust project schedules.

    + Write RFIs, track procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.

    + Ensure quality control requirements are met and maintain accurate on-site documentation.

    + Monitor budget alignment and address issues with the PM team.

    + Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and Pull-Plan sessions.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

    + Support standard work practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Required Qualifications

    + 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in data centers.

    + Strong background in project management, commercial construction, and estimation.

    + Experience managing large or complex projects and working with subcontractors.

    + High school diploma or GED; two- or four-year degree in construction preferred.

    + 3-5 years of construction-related experience.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving mindset.

    + Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative thinking.

    + Computer literacy and familiarity with construction management tools.

    + Current OSHA 30 certification preferred.

    + Preferred Qualifications

    + Data center experience.

    + Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Work Environment

    This is an on-site role requiring hands-on management of large commercial projects, including data centers. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining strict safety protocols and driving continuous improvement.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Ellendale, ND.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/yr.

     

    Offers a wide variety of benefits form Per Diem to relocatoin and project bonuses

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Ellendale,ND.
