The Construction Manager will provide on-site and administrative support to the Project Manager or Datacenter Delivery Project Manager to ensure efficient execution of construction activities in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role is critical for maintaining schedule integrity, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting commissioning and turnover processes.
Responsibilities
+ Assist Project Manager in managing Requests for Information, submittals, and change orders.
+ Maintain accurate logs for RFIs, permits, and submittals in Owner-approved systems such as ACMS project management software.
+ Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for various meetings.
+ Support development and maintenance of construction schedules, including Level 2 and Level 3 commissioning milestones.
+ Provide weekly and monthly progress reports, including look-ahead schedules, safety snapshots, and resource forecasts.
+ Enforce site security protocols as per approved Site Security Plan, including access control and visitor escort procedures.
+ Coordinate with security vendors and maintain compliance with Owner's security requirements.
+ Assist in QA/QC walkdowns, issue tracking, and NCR resolution using ACMS.
+ Support commissioning activities from Level 2 to Level 3, including script preparation, tagging processes, and coordination with commissioning agents and vendors.
+ Ensure adherence to Environmental Health and Safety requirements and participate in safety audits and training.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of experience in construction management or field coordination, preferably in mission-critical or data center projects.
+ OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification or equivalent.
+ PMP or CM certification is preferred.
+ Proficiency in ACMS and web-based project management platforms such as Procore.
+ Working knowledge of BIM coordination and digital document control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
+ Familiarity with Division 01 specifications, QA/QC processes, commissioning protocols, and digital project management tools.
Work Environment
The position is located in Wenatchee, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 50 hours a week with 10 hours per day. The Construction Manager will report directly to the Project Manager or Datacenter Delivery Project Manager and collaborate with QA/QC commissioning teams, subcontractors, and Owner representatives.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $96.00 - $106.00/hr.
