    Clinical Packaging Technician - ****1ST/2ND/3RD shift roles all available****

    Job Description

    As a Clinical Packaging Technician, you will work under direct supervision to ensure efficient packaging operations, adhering to timelines and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for maintaining GMP standards, conducting product evaluations for safety and compliance, and performing visual inspections of pharmaceutical products.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform packaging activities to support equipment efficiency and timeline adherence.

    + Evaluate pharmaceutical products for safety and regulatory compliance.

    + Conduct visual inspections of products every 35 minutes, with breaks between intervals.

    + Monitor and retrieve materials to ensure efficient packaging operations.

    + Conduct packaging line clean-up and assist with set-up activities per GMP standards.

    + Minimize equipment stoppage and idle time proactively.

    + Comply with applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practices.

    + Adhere to Quality System policies and procedures relevant to the functional area.

    + Understand and monitor the daily packaging schedule, scrap levels, and equipment performance.

    + Communicate any events that may impact the packaging schedule in a timely manner.

    + Ensure on-the-job training requirements are fulfilled.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Facilities, Engineering, Materials Management, and other business units.

    + Participate in required training sessions.

    + Work shifts and overtime as necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Experience in packaging, particularly in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + BS degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or biomedical fields.

    + 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses, and the ability to distinguish and identify colors.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of PHILADELPHIA, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.15 - $24.21/hr.
