    Landscape Architect

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and manage the design and planning of outdoor spaces for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

    + Develop innovative site plans, grading, and planting designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

    + Drive projects involving land development, stormwater management, and sustainable design practices.

    + Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to deliver integrated solutions that exceed expectations.

    + Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

    + 3+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture or site design.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and familiarity with design visualization tools.

    + Strong understanding of site planning, grading, planting design, and sustainability principles.

    + Excellent communication and project management skills.

    + Licensure or progress toward licensure (PLA) preferred.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Armonk, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $41.35/hr.
