    Description

    Robert Half is gearing up to commence one of our most significant data entry projects on behalf of a valued client. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and success of this campaign. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for entering names and addresses into our system accurately and efficiently. Your work will directly impact the success of our petition signature verification process. This role is metrics-driven, requiring a high level of accuracy and speed.     Responsibilities:

    - Enter names and addresses into our data system with precision and attention to detail.

     

    - Verify and validate the accuracy of entered data to ensure compliance with petition requirements.

     

    - Maintain a high level of productivity, aiming to achieve a minimum of 2 entries per minute and 100-150 entries per hour.

     

    - Follow data entry guidelines and quality control procedures.

     

    - Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

     

    - Adhere to strict deadlines to meet campaign goals.

    Requirements

    - High school diploma or equivalent.

     

    - Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.

     

    - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

     

    - Fast and accurate typing skills.

     

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     

    - Proficiency in computer applications and data entry software.

     

    - Reliable and punctual.
