Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Bridgeview Illinois. This is a Contract position with the potential for long-term employment, offering the opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing a wide range of bookkeeping tasks and demonstrate proficiency in financial software and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with regulations.

• Handle lien waivers and related documentation to support project requirements.

• Utilize Contract Systems Software to input invoices and generate cost analysis reports.

• Provide billing support by preparing invoices and maintaining detailed records.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.

• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records to support organizational goals.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures as required.

• Address financial inquiries and provide solutions to improve processes.

The salary range for this position is $32/hr. to $35/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping including CERTIFIED PAYROLL.

• Proficiency in Contract Systems a BIG PLUS, QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.

• Experience with bank reconciliations and resolving financial discrepancies.

• Familiarity with certified payroll processes and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of lien waivers and related financial documentation.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
