Description We are looking for a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Irvine, California. This long-term contract position offers a hybrid work schedule, with four days onsite and one day remote. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

• Manage benefits coordination, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations.

• Analyze compensation and benefits data to support decision-making and organizational strategies.

• Collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards to implement and maintain effective benefits systems.

• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and leave policies such as FMLA.

• Utilize Paycor and Excel to manage data and generate reports.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to identify areas for improvement.

• Support the team in creating and maintaining a positive employee experience through effective benefits administration. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate-level Excel skills.

• Experience with Paycor software is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of benefit functions, coordination, and analysis.

• Familiarity with FMLA and other leave policies.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both onsite and remote work.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
