    Key Responsibilities

    + Analyze financial data and create reports to support strategic decision-making

    + Develop and update financial models, forecasts, and budgets

    + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses

    + Review variances and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

    + Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Management to interpret financial results

    + Assist with KPI reporting and dashboard development

    + Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

    + Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial information

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

    + 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles

    + Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus

    + Solid understanding of financial statements and analytical techniques

    + Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
