Description We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive projects from initiation to completion, delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to optimize resources for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project charters, visions, and roadmaps, facilitating effective planning and execution.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

• Identify and manage risks and opportunities, while tracking progress and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

• Ensure operational readiness for solution deployment and steady-state operations, including training and communication efforts.

• Oversee resource availability and allocation to meet project demands and objectives.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to achieve flawless project execution.

• Promote adherence to Project Management Office best practices by standardizing processes and documentation.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for stakeholders.

• Facilitate decision-making processes by raising awareness of issues, risks, and dependencies to the appropriate governance committees. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or business process improvement.

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira.

• PMP certification is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Ability to lead meetings, drive consensus, and resolve issues effectively.
