This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing a wide range of human resources responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

    + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

    + Administer benefits programs, payroll support, and HR reporting

    + Support employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives

    + Assist with policy updates, compliance audits, and HR projects

    + Serve as a resource to employees and management on HR-related questions

    + Promote a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement efforts

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

    + 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity

    + Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices

    + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

    + Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
