    Fund Accountant

     

    Join a growing private equity firm dedicated to partnering with founder-owned businesses at pivotal growth stages. Our focus spans technology and business services, including B2B software, industrial tech, managed solutions, and tech-enabled services.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Assist with wires for capital distributions, redemptions, and expenses

    + Support quarterly/annual close, including financial statements and valuation schedules

    + Shadow fund administrator books and records

    + Prepare quarterly investor reports and supporting schedules

    + Collaborate on analytical projects (valuations, liquidation waterfalls, public comps)

    + Monitor data collection from portfolio companies

    + Liaise with auditors and assist with audit/tax schedules

    + Produce capital call/distribution allocations and investor notices

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred

    + 2+ years in accounting (private equity, venture capital, fund admin, or public accounting)

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

    + Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with PowerPoint
