    Key Responsibilities

    + Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital filing systems

    + Sort, file, and retrieve documents accurately and efficiently

    + Scan and digitize records as needed

    + Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored according to company procedures

    + Assist with record keeping, document tracking, and administrative support

    + Support the team with general office tasks as needed

    + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Previous experience in filing, records management, or administrative support preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

    + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

    + Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
