Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Buford, Georgia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR processes, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to employee engagement and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure seamless transitions for employees.

• Organize and maintain HR documentation to meet compliance standards and support audits.

• Partner with leadership to create and implement training programs and development initiatives.

• Monitor key metrics such as employee engagement and turnover, providing actionable recommendations to improve retention.

• Serve as a liaison between departments to address employee concerns and promote a collaborative work culture.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems while supporting system management.

• Conduct background checks and assist in recruitment processes to uphold high hiring standards.

• Provide administrative support for various HR functions, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, particularly within the automotive sector, to enhance HR strategies.

• Collaborate with management to improve workflows and optimize HR effectiveness. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration or a similar role.

• Proficiency with HRIS systems for data management and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of onboarding and offboarding procedures.

• Effective skills in employee relations and engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with conducting background checks and recruitment processes.

• Understanding of HR compliance and documentation standards.

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
