    Key Qualifications

    + Minimum 7+ years of experience in high-net-worth (HNW) tax planning, including trusts, estates, and advanced tax strategies

    + Active CPA or EA license

    + Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    + Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
