    Description

    Robert Half is searching for a Power BI Specialist to join a package manufacturing company based in Tualatin, Oregon. This role focuses on crafting dynamic dashboards and visualizations that effectively transform raw data into actionable insights.

     

    This position is 100% Remote with a unique work schedule, 40 hours per week for two weeks, followed by two weeks off. This project opportunity will go through June 2026.

    Job Details:

    Duration: Rotating schedule - 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off through June 2026

     

    Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7am-5pm PST (Flexible)

    Responsibilities:

    + Create highly interactive and visually appealing dashboards using Power BI.

    + Convert Excel-based or organizational mock-up reports into PowerBI formats.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data visualizations meet project requirements.

    + Apply best practices for data visualization to deliver meaningful insights.

    + Ensure all reports adhere to formatting standards, maintaining accuracy and alignment.

    + Conduct thorough reviews of dashboards to guarantee quality and consistency.

    + Provide technical expertise to optimize Power BI functionalities.

    + Translate complex data sets into user-friendly visual representations.

    + Address feedback promptly to refine and improve dashboards.

    + Maintain a focus on detail to avoid errors in visual formatting or numerical alignment.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years of experience in a Power BI specialist role with demonstrated experience in creating dashboards.

    + Strong understanding of data visualization principles.

    + Strong experience with Sage Intacct for data management and reporting.

    + Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.

    + Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
