    Description

    A supportive and well-established company in the Enola area is looking for a Payroll Clerk to help process payroll and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with numbers, follows procedures closely, and values confidentiality.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees

    + Review and verify timesheets, resolving any discrepancies

    + Enter employee hours, deductions, and adjustments into the payroll system

    + Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies

    + Assist with onboarding paperwork related to payroll, terminations, and employee status changes

    + Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and accuracy

    + Prepare payroll-related reports for accounting or HR

    + Support year-end tasks, including W-2 preparation

    Requirements

    + High school diploma required; coursework in accounting or HR is a plus

    + 1–2 years of payroll or related administrative experience preferred

    + Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, etc.) is helpful

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

    + Solid organizational and communication skills

    + Comfortable with Excel and basic data entry
