    Description

    Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in payroll processing, analysis, and reporting who are looking to contribute to an efficient and accurate payroll function.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process payroll cycles and ensure timely, accurate payments

    + Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies

    + Prepare reports for management and support compliance requirements

    + Assist with benefits administration and payroll tax filings

    + Research and implement process improvements for greater efficiency

    + Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on special projects

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of payroll experience preferred

    + Familiarity with payroll systems and strong Excel skills

    + Understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    + Excellent communication and organization skills
