    Description

    Join a respected healthcare organization in Minneapolis, MN as a Medical Scheduler. In this on-site role, you will play a key part in supporting patient care by efficiently managing appointment coordination and administrative tasks within a fast-paced medical environment.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Schedule patient appointments in coordination with healthcare providers

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in scheduling software

    + Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling

    + Verify insurance coverage and ensure necessary documentation is collected

    + Collaborate with medical staff to optimize provider schedules and patient flow

    + Address patient inquiries while providing excellent customer service

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in medical scheduling, patient access, or healthcare administration preferred

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

    + Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    + High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
