    Description

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Associate to join our client’s team. This role provides support across customer service, order processing, invoicing, and administrative functions while partnering closely with the President, shipping, and production departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    •Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer support regarding product and pricing information

    • Manage order status updates, returns, and expediting shipments

    • Communicate with freight companies to resolve shipment issues

    • Process and enter orders accurately

    • Handle invoicing, filing, and other administrative duties

    • Offer support to the President and assist shipping/production departments

    • Maintain high accuracy and meet deadlines independently

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Computer-proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel

    • High attention to detail, strong math skills, and ability to multitask

    • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting

    • High work ethic and strong problem-solving abilities

    • Must complete and pass a typing test at 40 WPM
