    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a Sr. IT Client Success Manager for a National Managed Services company.

     

    This role is remote, may require quarterly travel as needed predominantly in the Southwest/Mountain region.

     

    The Client Success Manager builds strong client relationships, ensures service delivery excellence, and drives growth opportunities.

     

    You’ll collaborate with internal teams, assist with onboarding, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    -Client Relationship Management;

     

    Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

     

    Communicate regularly and provide updates to ensure alignment with business needs.

     

    -Trusted Advisor & Advocate

     

    Act as the client’s advocate and escalation point.Monitor KPIs, manage SLAs, and present reports.

     

    Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and service adjustments.

     

    -Service Delivery & Growth

     

    Align expectations with delivery capabilities.

     

    Identify expansion opportunities and assist with renewals and proposals.

     

    -Documentation & Account Expertise

     

    Maintain accurate client documentation and act as the account expert.

     

    -Client Satisfaction

     

    Resolve issues promptly, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure success.

    The successful Sr. Client Success Manager will have:

     

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

     

    5+ years in client-facing roles with large enterprise clients.

     

    Experience delivering technology services.

     

    Knowledge of ITIL , networking, storage computing desired

     

    Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

     

    Project management knowledge and experience managing client expectations, deliverables and overall client projects and services.

     

    Knowledge of IT services and consulting, Managed Services experience required

     

    Travel: Some travel required; valid driver’s license and insurance needed.

     

    Background required prior to employment.
