    Senior Tax Preparer

     

    Join a leading wealth management firm dedicated to delivering holistic financial solutions for high-net-worth clients. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced tax team and contribute to impactful tax strategies in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Prepare individual tax returns (primarily 1040) with accuracy and efficiency

    + Liaise directly with clients to collect documentation and ensure a smooth process

    + Provide tax analysis, projections, and estimated payment calculations

    + Stay current on tax laws and advise clients on compliance and optimization strategies

    + Support internal education for wealth advisors and collaborate on planning initiatives

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 3+ years of tax preparation experience (HNW client experience preferred)

    + Proficiency in Lacerte software (required)

    + EA credential preferred (CPA considered)

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a client-facing role

    + Knowledge of advanced tax strategies (QSBS, 1031 exchanges, charitable giving, stock comp, etc.)

    + Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
