    Role Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced **Automation Tech Lead** to drive automation strategy, design scalable frameworks, and lead a team of automation engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software through automation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Define and implement automation strategy across projects.

    + Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks (UI and API testing).

    + Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

    + Mentor and guide automation engineers, ensuring best practices and coding standards.

    + Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights.

    + Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for continuous improvement.

    + Ensure automation coverage and scalability for multiple applications and environments.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Strong proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.

    + Expertise in Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.

    + Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).

    + Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

    + Knowledge of Docker and containerizing solutions.

    + Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

    + Solid understanding of test design principles, BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber).

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

    Nice to Have:

    + Experience with **performance testing tools** (JMeter, Gatling).

    + Knowledge of **security testing** and **accessibility testing** .

    + Exposure to **AI/ML-based test automation** trends.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
