    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **SMH Allied Level 2 CT Tech - Days/Eves Weekends** to work at a Facility in **Rochester, NY.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    This is a travel position located in Rochester, NY and they need to be over 50+ miles away to qualify for this role.

     

    Traveler Hrly Rate $41.40

     

    Gross Wages $1,490.40

     

    Traveler Lodging $924.00

     

    Travel M&I $560.00

     

    Total Travel Stipend $1,484.00

     

    Total Travel Pkg $2,974.40

     

    Blended Rate $82.62

    Duties:

    + Perform CT scans according to physician orders.

    + Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.

    + Operate CT scanners and related equipment safely.

    + Review and verify patient identification and exam details.

    + Follow radiation safety standards and dose-reduction protocols.

    + Assist with IV contrast administration and monitor patients for reactions.

    + Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures.

    + Ensure image quality and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

    + Document exams and patient information in the electronic medical record.

    + Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

    + Maintain clean, organized, and stocked imaging rooms.

    + Follow all hospital policies, safety rules, and infection-control practices.

    + Provide compassionate, professional care to patients of all ages.

    + Participate in rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.

    Qualifications:

    + **Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a CT Tech**

    + A valid and current license issued by the state of **NY**

    + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
