    Job Requisition: REQ4175 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours

     

    Hiring Range: $87,422.24 - $113,651.20

     

    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists in developing, organizing and implementing clinical services and programs.

    • Communicates policies, expected outcomes, work routines and work procedures to clinical staff.

    • Assists with implementation and evaluation of quality of care including ongoing auditing of quality indicators.

    • Assists in monitoring nursing budgets. Assists with admissions, discharges and transfer to ensure appropriate care and compliance with State and/or Federal regulations.

    • Manages activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.

    Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    Required Credential(s):

    • BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

    Work Experience:

    • 5 years of experience required.

    • 10 years of experience preferred.

    • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

    • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
