Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking passionate and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater Los Angeles County.

If you have a background in ABA or behavioral support and want a role where you truly change lives, this is your chance to make a lasting impact on students and their communities.

+ Pay: $24–$27/hour (DOE – depending on experience)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

+ Provide hands-on support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care

+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure every student thrives

+ Build structured, inclusive environments that foster growth, independence, and confidence

+ Reinforce positive behaviors and promote social-emotional development

? What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2+ years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related intervention roles

+ RBT certification is a plus (not required)

+ Must be at least 18 years old and meet employment requirements

+ Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for student success
