    Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school inHingham, MA to hire a Special Education Behavior Technicians to workwith students on a contractual basis.

    Details of the Position Include:

    Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:00pm

     

    Description: Looking for BehaviorTechnicians to work 1:1 or in small groups with students at the elementaryschool level

    Experience:

    • Comfortableworking with students with high needs and behavioral challenges

    • De-escalation

    • Experiencewith data collection (types taken/programs used) and behavior tracking

    • Abilityto remain calm, patient, and supportive in a dynamic environment

    • Flexibilityto support other students and classrooms as needed

    • CPIor safety care training is a plus

     

    Pay Rate: Up to $29-$30/hour based onexperience
