Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. What will you do?

+ Responsible for operating video cameras, following the live action on the racetrack

+ Understand racing jargon, classes, stakes, wagering, and colors

+ Clean and maintain work area, providing protection to equipment from weather

+ Professional conduct towards guests and team members

+ Maintain communications and dialog with CCTV manager for scheduling

+ Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

More about you

+ No high school diploma or GED required

+ Be licensed by the appropriate state gaming regulation

+ Ability to work with minimum supervision and learn quickly

+ Excellent guest service skills

+ Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test

+ Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

Physical requirements

+ Ability to climb camera towers to approximately 60 ft

+ Regularly required to sit and stand in front of a camera

+ Manual dexterity sufficient for camera operations
