    Honeywell (Miami, FL)


    As a **Fitter Journeyman** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will ensure that our HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients.

     

    You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Miami, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the overall performance of HVAC systems, ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards while providing excellent service to our customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.

    + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.

    + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.

    + Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues.

    + Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    WE VALUE

    + High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

    + Experience in commercial HVAC systems.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
