    **Job Overview:** The Compensation Manager plays a key role within the North America Compensation team and the broader Global Total Rewards function. This position is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation programs while also managing the company’s global mobility operations. This hybrid role requires a strong analytical skill set, deep understanding of compensation governance, and hands-on experience managing international assignments, relocations, and compliance. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and helps ensure a seamless experience for executives and globally mobile employees.

    Responsibilities:

    Executive Compensation (Approx. 50%)

     

    • Support the design, modeling, and administration of executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentive (LTI) plans, and executive benefits.

    • Conduct market research and benchmarking; prepare competitive analyses using survey data and compensation tools.

    • Assist in preparing materials for Compensation Committee meetings.

    • Maintain accurate executive compensation data; partner with HRIS, Legal, and Finance to ensure data integrity and compliance.

    • Manage annual executive compensation cycle activities such as merit, LTI calculations, and equity grant processing.

    • Assess and model compensation scenarios for executive hires, promotions, and retention plans.

     

    Global Mobility Operations (Approx. 50%)

     

    • Manage end-to-end global mobility operations including international assignments, short-term deployments, permanent transfers, and relocations.

    • Serve as primary point of contact for employees, managers, and external vendors.

    • Help maintain global mobility policies, cost projections, relocation packages, and tax equalization processes.

    • Oversee immigration and work authorization requirements, ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions.

    • Monitor international tax, social security, and regulatory changes; collaborate with Legal and Finance to mitigate risk.

    • Track and report mobility activity, costs, and program metrics; recommend process improvements and cost-effective solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in compensation, global mobility or total rewards role in a global organization.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel.

    • Knowledge of executive compensation principles and benchmarking.

    • Familiarity with global mobility concepts and practices, including relocation, immigration and tax equalization

    • Strong communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving challenges

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with global mobility vendors, immigration counsel, and international tax advisors.

    • Experience supporting or preparing materials for Compensation Committees.

    • Experience with SAP or similar HRIS systems.
