    Scarlet Oaks, a trusted long-term care and rehabilitation community in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department. We’re looking for a compassionate and dynamic leader who is committed to outstanding resident care, staff development, and clinical excellence.

     

    As our Director of Nursing, you will oversee all aspects of the nursing operations and work closely with our Administrator to ensure that our community continues to provide the highest standard of care.     Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage day-to-day nursing operations within the facility.

    + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.

    + Lead, mentor, and motivate nursing staff to achieve excellence in patient outcomes.

    + Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans.

    + Partner with the Administrator to maintain a positive, inclusive, and resident-centered culture.

    + Monitor clinical performance metrics, staffing, and quality assurance.

    Qualifications

    + Current RN license in good standing with the State of Ohio.

    + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.

    + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Ability to train, mentor, and retain a high-performing clinical team.

    + Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, quality measures, and resident satisfaction.
