Job Summary

+ **We are seeking a PRN School Dietitian to join our wellness team at CulinArt at schools in San Francisco, CA.** **This dietitian will assist with nutrition and wellness events about 1-2 times per month. 100% travel.** **Key Responsibilities:**

+ Effectively present nutrition and sustainability education developed by CulinArt's Wellness Director, across a variety of platforms for health fairs, lunch & learns, program launches, client meetings and school wellness events.

+ Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of child and adult nutrition guidelines as outlined by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and the American Medical Association

+ Learn and be able to speak on CulinArt's sustainability program and initiatives

+ Assist in manager and team-member food allergy and nutrition training programs

+ Maintain registered dietitian credentials and remain in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration by staying current with professional development portfolio CPEs. **Qualifications:**

+ Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required

+ Travel 100% to schools

+ Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred

+ Experience in public speaking, preferably to all age groups

+ Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications and nutrient analysis programming
