Job Description

A client is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Huntsville, AL. This engineer will handle all aspects of mechanical design for a missile launcher attachment. Specific duties include structural design, parts design, materials evaluation, requirements specification and source selection of missile components for the product. Areas of work will include documenting mechanical designs of the mechanical structure and components as well as assembly, test equipment, and transport fixtures.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of mechanical designing

Experience with Creo Elements/Pro (formerly Pro/ENGINEER)

Eligible for Secret Clearance Active Secret Clearance
