    Job Description

    A well-known aerospace company is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to join the team. Working with a cross-functional team, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing the manufacture of 3D-printed, machined and assembled aerospace hardware from engineering release through delivery. The candidate will review engineering requirements, ensure manufacturing readiness, create detailed work instructions and manufacturing bill of materials for additive and conventional part fabrication, communicate across all disciplines, and improve manufacturing processes.

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

    • 3+ years of experience with production systems design

    • 3+ years of experience with shop floor capacity planning

    • 3+ years of experience monitoring and tracking execution of daily plans’ and communicating status to all project participants

    • Experience with Production Schedules and Logic Networks

    - Experience in Tableau Nice to Have:

    • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Experience in additive manufacturing

    • Jira project management application experience

    • Project Web Application (PWA) experience

    • Experience (BCA and BDS) working and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
