Job Description
The Operations Administrator – IT will work in the Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), which provides 24/7/365 monitoring, service restoration, and operational support for Prime Therapeutics. This role is responsible for delivering administrative support across IT functions including media services, service desk, and knowledge management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• 5–7 years of experience providing administrative support for IT functions (media services, service desk, knowledge management)
• Proficiency with common computer technologies (email, web browsers, basic office applications)
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship
• Ability to operate tape hardware and related controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a stressful environment • Experience in an Enterprise Operations Center or similar 24/7 IT support environment
• Familiarity with ITIL processes or other structured IT service management frameworks
• Basic understanding of data center operations and infrastructure support
• Prior experience assisting with service restoration or incident management
