Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the planning, development, maintenance and analysis of retail models and tools used for Maritime repairable and consumable allowance products throughout the Navy and Marine Corps Commands. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Integrated Logistic Support matters regarding supply policies relative to Maritime optimized retail allowance requirements modeling and fleet readiness. You will plan, orchestrate and direct NAVSUP WSS Maritime Fleet advocacy efforts and provide tailored training at customer. You will be responsible for directing development of techniques to process fleet usage data, analyze the information, and modify allowance products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating technical expertise in Maritime Allowance and Outfitting along with strategic communication and leadership in collaborative settings. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management including Readiness Based Sparing and Demand Based Sparing and systems configuration relating to usage data. 2) Expertise in Supply Chain Management metrics and performance evaluations such as Retail Effectiveness and allowance process knowledge such as Standard Allowance File. 3) Strong Communication skills are paramount in the ability to produce clear, organized written and oral communication in team environments.
