    Job Description

    Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, Pediatrics) – $75k–$85k | Outpatient

     

    Metro PT is hiring a **Full-Time Occupational Therapist** to join our growing team in Garden City, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a sensory gym! **Must have strong pediatric experience!**

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care (all ages, pediatrics required)

    + Evaluate, design, and adjust individualized care plans

    + Fabricate custom splints as needed

    + Document evaluations and treatment progress

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

    Qualifications

    + Occupational Therapist Program Graduate

    + NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible

    + Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)

    + Strong communication and patient education skills

    + Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

    + Sensory integration experience a plus

    + Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid

    + **_Pediatric experience a must_**
