    Job Description

    The Director of Talent Acquisition will design, implement, and manage comprehensive strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top clinical and operational talent for our growing network of physical therapy clinics. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all facets of the recruitment lifecycle, with a specific emphasis on building robust pipelines for both experienced Physical Therapists/staff and emerging talent from university programs. The Director will drive process improvements, lead a high-performing team, and ensure all hiring initiatives align with our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute a data-driven, comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports Metro’s growth objectives and addresses both experienced and entry-level hiring needs.

    + **Campus Recruiting & University Relations:**

    + Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key universities, physical therapy programs, academic faculty, and career centers to establish a consistent pipeline of new graduates and interns.

    + Plan and lead campus recruiting events, career fairs, and networking sessions to promote our employer brand and clinical excellence.

    + Partner with the Clinical Education team to ensure a transition from student to full-time new grad clinician.

    + **Experienced/Lateral Recruiting:**

    + Oversee the sourcing and hiring of experienced therapists, support staff and corporate staff using a variety of effective sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks, job boards, professional platforms).

    + Develop strategies to attract passive candidates in a competitive healthcare market.

    + Collaborate with the legal department to ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws for international talent if applicable.

    + **Team Management & Development:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    + **Process Efficiency & Technology:** Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR technologies to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

    + **Employer Branding:** Enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice in the physical therapy industry.

    + **Analytics & Reporting:** Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates) to evaluate program effectiveness, report to executive leadership, and make data-driven decisions.

    + **Vendor & Budget Management:** Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and software vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PRC) is preferred.

    + **Experience:**

    + Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.

    + Demonstrable experience managing both high-volume experienced/lateral recruiting and dedicated campus recruiting programs.

    + Healthcare recruitment knowledge, specifically within the physical therapy or rehabilitation sector, is strongly preferred.

    + **Skills:**

    + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

    + Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment strategies.

    + Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

    + In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    + **Travel:** Ability to travel regularly to university campuses, career events, and various clinic locations as required.

    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
