Position Overview
International Motors is seeking a National Accounts Sales Manager to support truck sales for our National Accounts group.
The National Account Sales Manager will report to the Sr. Director of National Accounts and will be responsible for supporting National Account truck sales in our West and Canadian regions. In this role, you will execute sales strategies focused on both revenue and profit growth and should expect to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
+ Provide coaching and support to National Account sales representatives to win new business and retain existing customers.
+ Achieve sales and margin goals by developing and implementing effective strategies and tactics, as well as expanding existing accounts and developing new ones.
+ Serve as a resource with a high level of knowledge of company products and services.
+ Work closely with suppliers and distributors to drive results.
+ Promote advanced technologies, including electric and autonomous vehicles.
+ Grow unique customer accounts and strengthen strategic partnerships.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with strategic prospects and customers.
+ Lead and support special project assignments for your national account.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience
OR
+ Master's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience
OR
+ At least 5 years of sales experience
