    **Location:** Houston, Texas - Internship will be onsite

    **Duration:** 9 Weeks

    Key Responsibilities

    As an intern, you will:

    + **Contribute to Real Projects:** Work on meaningful projects in your field of study, with guidance from experienced professionals.

    + **Collaborate Across Teams:** Engage with cross-functional teams to gain insights into different areas of our business, including construction, business development, finance, marketing, sales, and HSE.

    + **Develop Professional Skills:** Attend workshops, training sessions, and networking events designed to enhance your leadership, communication, and technical skills.

    + **Problem-Solve:** Tackle real-world challenges and provide innovative solutions that drive results.

    + **Present Your Work:** Share your project outcomes and experiences with senior leadership and your peers at the end of the internship.

    Requirements:

    + **Current Enrollment:** Must be a Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

    + **Academic Standing:** Strong academic standing.

    + **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    + **Problem-Solving Ability:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for learning and tackling new challenges.

    + **Initiative:** Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

    + **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with relevant software and tools in your field of study is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, marketing automation tools, etc.).

    + **Availability:** Must be available to work full-time for the entire duration of the internship program onsite (9 weeks - Houston, Texas).
